Research on incentive measures of mining wasteland comprehensive governance based on the revenue and distribution of governance results

Making comprehensive governance to realize the reuse of mine wasteland is a main way to increase the value of the land in mining area.The effective pathway to stimulate social capital to invest in comprehensive governance of mine wasteland can be explored from the perspective of the land revenue and distribution.Beginning from the nature of the land revenue, the governance modes are summed up based on several local practices.Then, the elements of mining wasteland governance modes and the problems are analyzed.Finally, some suggestions of incentive governance are put forward, including:increasing the use income and policy income of the land to improve the governance models; adopting measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the main body of income distribution.
