X-ray diffraction method for determining the content of zirconia in refractory materials

X-ray diffraction method is used to determine the content of zirconia in refractory materials in the paper.Using XRD to determine initially whether zirconia is containing in it and confirm the content of it by the standard curve and equation established by standard samples.The determination method for zirconia content of unknown samples were ultimately established.The method is applicable in the refractories samples that the zirconia content are greater than 1%.
