The rheological properties of filling mining new cementing material

The rheological properties of the backfill pulp is the safety and reliability key aspects in the pipeline transportation capacity and transportation process of filling mining.It depends on the nature of the cementing material.The study analyzed the rheological properties of new cementing material in Shirengou iron ore tailings.It revealed the variation of mortar rheological properties under different concentration conditions with glue sand ratio variation,summed up the liquidity and stability of the slurry through the sensitivity of the mortar.It carried on slurry concentration range for statistical analysis and parameter evaluation,narrowing the slurry concentration control range to ensure the safety of the high-concentration slurry,the large flow and economic transport.
