Coal enterprise group collaboration oriented information technology architecture: A case study on Shenhua group

The collaborative pattern in coal enterprise group is analyzed by taking Shenhua group as an example with synergy theory, and the challenges faced by the coal enterprise groups in the collaborative environment are proposed from the information technology perspective. Furthermore, by leveraging the development of modern information technology, the solutions are presented from three levels: IT infrastructure, data management and application to enhance the interoperability of coal enterprise groups.
