Study on overseas minerals investment and financing of China's mining enterprise

As the dramatic rise of international minerals trading in recent year, Mining capitals frequently flow on a global scale, mining investment and financing become more and more concerned, China's mining enterprises overseas investment and financing is still in the initial stage and have big gap contrast to the foreign transnational mining corporation. This paper study the status of overseas minerals investment and financing of our country mining enterprise, the statistical analysises of data are made respectively on geological exploration and mining enterprises, the difficulties of mining enterprise overseas minerals investment and existent problems of financing are found. According to our country status quo, the Suggestions of strengthening our mining enterprises overseas investment and financing capacity are proposed.
