Research on the effect of and approach to China free-trade area on private equity funds on mining

The establishment of China free-trade area provides new opportunities for the development of private equity funds to achieve the allocation of global resources and mining industry in China. On the other hand, it also brings new challenges to the private equity fund market competition and mining industry security. Therefore, we should be based on the local development, guide the private equity fund classification in overseas mining projects and establish an effective regulatory mechanism, in order to promote industry structure and to develop the mining industry.
