Connectedness Study on chinese listed mining companies from Perspective of small world characteristics

The present paper concerns itself with a connectedness study on Chinese listed mining companies.The approach adopted is called Small World Characteristics in Complex Network.An experiment network model is established with 125 listed mining companies as nodes and the main mutual products as conjunctional edges.Relevant data is collected by calculating and analyzing the average shortest distance and clustering coefficient as well.The results indicate that the whole connectedness network has shown the characteristics of Small World,which proves the high cohesion of the listed mining companies.Therefore,the listed mining companies are assessed with close connectivity and interaction.
