Study on land policy differentiation suited to the characteristics of mining industry:take Shanxi province as an example

Land policy differentiation is necessary for supporting transformation of the mining.The paper made typical analysis on three pilot in the reform，reclamation and utilization of mining land，urban and rural construction land increase or decrease，compared the gap between actual demand of the mining and the current policy in Shanxi province.The results show that the inadequacies of the current land policy to support the transformation of the mining development have already been highlighted，such as utilization of waste land in mining enterprises，etc.Finally，the authors design a set of land policy differentiation suited to the characteristics of mining，and put forward the policy implementation steps.
