Practice and exploration for customization mode in Western mineral talent training-Taking China university of geosciences as the Example

Abstract
Customization mode is the method that the production of the main adapting to social demand on its own initiative, it belong to the scope of enterprise management. The paper discussed how to apply customization mode and idea to the field of personnel training, it put forward more detailed customer model of the concept of training, characteristics and related measures. Take China University of Geosciences as example, the demonstration having been in progress to the exploration and practice owing school 6 years analyses. Research shows that order-type, mass culture in accordance with the actual needs of the employing units is an effective way to resolve the shortage of mineral talent.
