    Research on the model of customer segmentation in coal enterprises based on SOM neural network

    • According to the characteristics of the management in the coal transport and marketing, the significance of the customer segmentation in coal enterprises is analyzed in this paper .The model of the customer segmentation based on the SOM neural network is established on the basis of the Index System in the customer segmentation which is designed according to the customer value. The research aims to provide referenced values for improving the marketing management of the coal enterprises.
