IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY OF MINE INFORMATIZATION BASED ON SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

With an eye to the backward mine maagement and poor informatization of most mines in China,this paper introduces a wholly new management mode supply chain management(SCM) and proposes the implementation strategy of informatization of mine management based on the supply chain management idea and information technology.Chinese mine enterprises can benefit from the paper in realizing the modern management and attending the international competition.
