The study on reform the examination system of mineral resource reserves management

It is hard to reform the examination system of mineral resource because it has been around for over 50 years in China.According to reform review of the examination system of mineral resource and the analysis of the existing problems, the system should be reformed as soon as possible to adapt to the development of market economy.It is suggested that governmental administration behavior differentiate from that of market customers, distinguish the demand for different government organizations.We should insist on the market-oriented reform, introduce the evaluation system of mineral reserve, regulate the organizations of examination and evaluation, enhance the supervision and administration, steadily advance the examination reform of mineral resource.
