    • The T.f and T.t bacteria were immobilized by self-produced biocarrier and applied for mineral leaching with high sulphur and high iron.The investigation included the efficiencies and characteristic using the immobilized system.The experimental results showed that the system with the T.f and T.t bacteria were immobilized was more 16.7% than the non-immobilized system in 18d.Moreover,the leaching efficiencies with combined bacteria immobilized was superior to singular bacteria immobilized,the optimum ratio of T.f and T.t bacteira was 1∶2.
