Analysis for the practice to achieve the harmonious development between resource-based enterprises and local community in minority areas: a case study on Jinfeng mining community in Guizhou province

In order to study how to achieve the harmonious development between the resource-based enterprises and surrounding communities in minority areas,we analyzed the existing contradictions between enterprises and communities based on the foundation of the literature reviews and the example of Guizhou Jinfeng Mining Limited.The analysis showed that the mining area contradictions not only affected the regular production of enterprises,but also hindered the harmony and stability of communities.In view of these contradictions,Orefield carried out a pattern named "Four Parties Jointly Creation".It turned out that there was a rapid development in economy,livelihood,public affairs,infrastructure constructions and so on.So,this pattern has a significance to maintain the harmony and stability between resource-based enterprises and communities.
