Development program and its determining principles of a mine in transition from open-pit to underground mining

Based on the cases of determining development program of a mine in transition from open-pit to underground mining at home and abroad, development programs were categorized and four-principles were brought forward in this paper. Also, main ways on how to actualize the principles were discussed simply and chiefly, expected to give a certain guidance to mines practicing transition from open-pit to underground mining in the future .
