    Experimental research on processing of fluorite ore in Mongolia

    • By the experimental research of processing on fluorite ore in Mongolia , the suitable reagent system and technological conditions are determined,However the beneficiation indexes were improved and the beneficiation process was optimized. A fluorite concentrate grading of 97.24% CaF2 ,the yield of 22.47% and a recovery of 81.57% were obtained by processing using a single flotation flowsheet consisting one roughing, one scavenging seven cleanings in alkali medium with depressor of modifier sodium silicate. However, the tailings were containing the grading of 6.37% CaF2,a recovery of 18.43% and the yield of 77.53%. Flotation condition test can get the following conclusions: Firstly with the increase of grinding fineness,the concentrate grade is rising, but the recovery is coming down, However the HSiO’s dosage have the same regular; secondly with the increase of sodium oleate, the concentrate grade is decreasing but the recovery is rising.
