    Study on reasonable process of recovery sulfur from a low sulphur tailings

    • In order to recycle sulfur minerals from the tailings,the experimental studies are conducted on three kinds of flotation processes.Firstly,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Lead,through the "zinc-sulphur mixed flotation-separation" process closed-circuit test,the flotation sulphur concentrate grade is 35.61% and the recovery is 45.27%,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 34.75% and the recovery is 50.86%.Secondly,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Zinc,through "flotation after magnetic separation" process closed-circuit"test,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 33.92% and the recovery is 92.15%;Lastly,through "magnetic separation after flotation" process closed-circuit test,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 35.08% and the recovery is 93.65%.There are only two kinds of processes that the comprehensive sulphur concentrate is qualified.
