Study on reasonable process of recovery sulfur from a low sulphur tailings

In order to recycle sulfur minerals from the tailings,the experimental studies are conducted on three kinds of flotation processes.Firstly,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Lead,through the "zinc-sulphur mixed flotation-separation" process closed-circuit test,the flotation sulphur concentrate grade is 35.61% and the recovery is 45.27%,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 34.75% and the recovery is 50.86%.Secondly,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Zinc,through "flotation after magnetic separation" process closed-circuit"test,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 33.92% and the recovery is 92.15%;Lastly,through "magnetic separation after flotation" process closed-circuit test,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 35.08% and the recovery is 93.65%.There are only two kinds of processes that the comprehensive sulphur concentrate is qualified.
