    EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON INFLUENCES OF OIL PHASE CONTENT OF EMULSION MATRIX ON EXPLOSION PROPERTIES OF EMULSION MATRIX/EXPANDED AMMONIUM NITRATE EXPLOSIVE BLENDS

    • In this paper,according to practical production experience and the development tendency of industrial explosives free from TNT,emulsion matrix/ expanded ammonium nitrate explosive blends are manufactured by mechanical mixing.Influences of oil phase content of emulsion matrix on explosion properties of emulsion matrix/expanded ammonium nitrate explosive blends are studied.Production process and formula of emulsion matrix are optimized.It is shown that factors including oil phase content of emulsion matrix,emulsion matrix content and temperature,mixing time that influence on explosion properties and production process.Oil phase content of emulsion matrix is key factor that influences on explosion properties of this blends.
