Abstract
In 2016, the global mining industry revived unexpectedly, due to the cyclical fluctuations of commodities and changes of political pattern. Expansion of massive infrastructure plan in major economies will result in the significant changes in the supply and demand of global bulk mineral commodities. Mineral commodity price rise will spur mining companies to increase spending in exploration and development. Mineral commodities trade will pick up and recent year's continuing economic contraction will stop in top minerals-rich countries. But Global mining development is still facing debt default, trade protection and social conflict and other risks.
