Research review and future research proposal on coal reserve

Coal reserve as the measure to protect the coal supply security was increasingly concerned by the academic and practice community. In this paper, research on coal reserve was combed from several aspects such the concept of coal reserve, the necessity, reserve system, operating mechanism and opposite opinions. And several directions in future study on the theory of coal reserve were put forward.
