Analysis of the scientific development of mineral resources industry in Inner Mongolia under the new normal

For meeting the demand of supply-side structural reform and improving the quality of economic development, our country should translate the mode of exploration and exploitation mineral resources, which is from volume expansion to mention quality efficiency.This article illustrates the storage characteristics and present situation of the mineral resources in the Inner Mongolia, analyses the facing problems of exploration and development.Under the “new normal”，around how to realize scientific development of mineral resources industry, this paper, aims at promoting the efficient utilization of mineral resources, contributing to a new situation of mineral resources industry, that contains five development concepts, from aspects of policy, system and comprehensive benefits, etc, proposes supply-side reform measures such as we should adhering to streamline administration and delegate power and monetary easing policy, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
