THE ANALYSIS OF RULES OF COLLIERY FATAL WATER HAZARD ACCIDENTS IN CHINA

According to the systematic analysis of fatal water hazard accidents during 20 years time (1980～2000),human error (including deliberate violation,19.11%;management error 70.06%;and design deficiency,10.19%)accounted for up to 99.56% among the direct causes of China coalmine fatal water hazard accidents.This made us to reconsider the causes of China colliery fatal water hazard accidents.Based on the research of fatal water hazard accidents environment characteristics and the characteristics source cross data,this paper gets the chart of rules of colliery fatal water hazard accidents in China and analyze it.
