On the necessity and feasibility of overall imposition of mining right cost,in view of the economic meaning of mining right cost
In the process of implementing the system of mining right compensative getting in China, there were some defects in the aspect of the theory of cost impose and practice of mining right. This article analyzed that mining right cost contain the economic meaning in order to expound the necessity and feasibility of imposing all mining right cost.
