Due to the long-term devaluation of our resources,China's unbalanced industrial structure at resource-based cities has enlarged the development gap between regions,the resources waste by the resources development enterprises,and the inadequate investment of the geological survey.The author suggests introduce the role of market pricing mechanism through the simultaneous changes on the concept of resources and the structure of prices,through the combination of the overall promotion and the construction of supportive system,and through the coexisting of roles of macro-control and market allocation.
