Abstract
Prospecting in peripheral or deep of the resource-crisis mines that have the resources potential and market demand is a policy supporting commercial geological work organized and developed by the government which aims to discover and identify a number of resources or reserves and prolong service years of the old mines so that promote economic development and social stability of the mining city. However, the problem of the crisis mines is compound of many factors formed in the historical period. So we should correctly handle some contradictions in prospecting, for example, what mines we should look for, where to go prospecting, what method of prospecting, and how can we find mine and so on. Only by correctly recognize and scientifically treat these contradictions, mineral exploration can be done well and fast.
