SOME SUGGESTIONS OF THE “ELEVLE-FIVE” PRO GRAMMING OF THE ENERGY IN CHINA

Based on the research results and data from BP company in the past years,we suggested,e.g.,analyzing scientifically supply-requirement of oil-gas resource,enhancing the exploration and development of petroleum in home,promoting the diversification of importation,improving the structure of the primary energy,speeding the system reformation of industry management,constituting economy of the energy and promoting the market reformation of petroleum industry in China,that the above seven suggestions are significance to draw the "Eleven-Five"programming of energy development in China.
