COMPARISON OF ECONOMIC COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA'S NORTHANHUI MINING AREA WITH GERMANY'S RHINE-RUHR MINING AREA

The purpose of this paper is to make the north Anhui mining area into a China's "Ruhr area"with coal-electrity-grain-cotton comprehensive development using the experi ences of Germany's Rhine-Ruhrmining area which paid attention to in-situ processing coal and formed a huge industrial area, realized "reindustrialization", developed high-tech industry and built up a Germany's lagest city zone.
