Research on technical solutions to equipment and downhole tools for shale gas efficiently drilling and completion

Large-scale development of shale gas relies on efficient cooperation of well-factory drilling,fracturing,gas recovery and environmental protection.The equipments and downhole tools designed for conventional hydrocarbon resources drilling and completion are facing a degree of inadaptability in shale gas development.We analyze technical status of current equipments and tools,propose optimizing technical solutions for drilling rig,bit,motor,fracturing machine,coiled-tubing,gas production machine,as well as environmental protection equipment,and also conduct benefit analysis of implementation.The economic development of shale gas should improve equipment technologies firstly including automation improvements for drilling rig,fracturing equipment and manifold of high pressure,coiled tubing units,oil-base resistant downhole motor,etc.
