Analysis and suggestions of Chinese enterprises' Iron mines investment overseas

This paper teases out the situations of China enterprises’ iron mines overseas and classifies them according to the progresses ,while comparing them with the international mining giants’ projects.The result shows that Chinese foreign iron ore assets distribute widely,having great achievements in terms of resource quantity.However,there is little success of assets going into production,and some projects’ capacity are not fully completed,while some are difficult to develop,with the others have low competitiveness.To solve these problems,the government is suggested to allow the market to play a key role in selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior,and it is recommended that companies should re-evaluate the investments,improving the quality of the acquisition by grasping the industry cycle,while balancing the mind.
