RESEARCH ON ADSORPTION OF AL-PILLARED MONTMORILLONITE TO Cr6+ FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION
Al-pillared montmorillonite was prepared by using the artificial Na-montmorillonite,its adsorption behavior was studied by experiments,the results showed the Al-pillared montmorillonite exhibited much stronger adsorption capacity on the Cr6+ in aqueous solution than untreated clay,and the adsorption isotherm of the material to Cr6+ from aqueous solution was keeping with the Langmuir equation.
