Application of differential GPS in location forecasting of ore

The physical prospecting instrument combined with high precise GPS is now a physical prospecting work tendency.In order to serve the geological and geophysical prospecting and assessment better,we use decimeter differential GPS(Trimble Pro XRS) to determine position of the geophysical prospecting measuring point,and we can acquire the real-time precise GPS measuring point of geophysical prospecting.The measuring point had provided reliable guarantee for the geophysical space orientation.In addition,we can use the differential GPS to draw simple topographical map and geological map and to record some special objects.These works can provide the basis for the geophysical prospecting data interpretation and the project adjustment.The practice indicated that differential GPS can serve the geological and geophysical prospecting and assessment effectively.
