The separation mechanism of magnetic field screen is described.The problems Existing in conventional beneficiation technology of magnetic ore are analysed.The application results of magnetic field screen in several domestic concentrators show that the magnetic field screening has remarkable superiority in quality improvement,energy saving and efficiency increase when used for magnetite ore beneficition.
