Thoughts of gedogical risk coefficient of mineral resources development

"the Guidance to Determine Parameters of Mining Assessment" only gives the geological risk factors in mineral development for some wide-distribution and good-stability large coal-producing areas in northern China, especially Shanxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Sinkiang, and other new major coal-producing areas. In this paper, the author proposed a set of solutions and specific operating procedures to determine the risk factors for other minerals and other areas.
