SYNTHESIS OF 4A ZEOLITE BY MEANS OF STRAIGHT ALKALI DISSOLVE BENTONITE

In this paper,the author took the bentonite produced from YanTing,SiChuan province as material,and prepared 4A zeolite by the means of straight alkali dissolve purified bentonite.Through the experiments of alkali dissolve and consulted previous researches of others,gained the suitable technical conditions of preparating 4A zeolite.The two indexes include the adoption mount of calcium ion and the whiteness of the 4A zeolite example reached the first and second degrees of the relative qualify criterion,respectively.Compared to the acidify bentonite,the straight alkali dissolve has many advantages,such as lower cost,simpler craftwork,and availing to environment protection,et al.
