On mineral resource/reserve classification of the open market reporting

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the open market report mineral resource/reserve classification system (OMRCS) and the establishment classification framework of China about it.In this paper,Historical evolution and comparative analysis method was mainly used.Though discussing widely used OMRCS and the problems of that of China in the practicing.The main conclusions include:①the OMRCS includes not only the classification of mineral resources/reserves,also include the public report of qualifications and report format;②the China classification system of mineral resources/reserves defects market information;③the suggestions were put forward in order to establish and perfect the Chinese OMRCS,one is to establish standards of the technical and economic feasibility study,another is the introduction of "qualified person" system and report format specification.
