PRACTICE OF FERROGRAPHY IN MINE TRUCK CDNDITIDNS MONITORING AND FAULT DIAGNOSING

This paper discusses the practical application of ferrography for detecting the worn-out particlesin the lubrication oil of KTA-5OC engines of MARK-36 trucks at Qidashan Iron Ore Mine, AnshanIron & Steel Company. By observing and analysing the worn-out particles in detaily, the conditionsmonitoring and fault diagnosing have been realized.
