The interests game analysis of Tibet mineral exploitation

Tibet mineral extraction working smoothly is an important part of large-scale development of the western region in Tibet. It is very important to organize and coordinate the relationships between local government and farmers/herders, local government and mineral developer, and mineral developer and farmers/herders. It is hard to attain Pareto Optimality in separating the interests in mineral extraction. To counter the phenomenon, the article establishes game models between players with starting from microscopic studies on the basis of game theory. we gives some correlation suggestions on the base of the conclusion which deduced from game models, and those suggestions will become the theory support for Tibet mineral extraction working smoothly.
