The exhaustible resources of Shaanxi province is very abundant in China.Many mineral resources not only have obvious advantages in the west but also in China.The mining industry has already become a new economic growth point of Shaanxi.But the mining industry of Shaanxi has some seriouses problems in exploitation.This poper has put forward the corresponding conutermeasures on the basis of in depth analysing.
