Abstract
Based on mineralogy of Erxi high phosphorus-bearing oolictic hematite ore, corresponding flotation reagents and technical flow sheet are studied. Two new type collectors for Phosphorus-removing and silicon-removing are developed. Using the technical flow sheet of de-sliming-reverse flotation for phosphorus removing-reverse flotation for silicon removing, a favorable iron concentrate assaying TFe of 58.89% and P of 0.24%, with operation Fe recovery of 91.06% and total Fe recovery of 74.05% was obtained.
