Abstract
The ministry of land and resources associate with other four ministries issued in 1999, which established reserves assessment-cognizance system ultimately. In this paper, the relationship among attendees in the system is analyzed according to the Measure, and the principal-agent theory is used to design optimally for the incentive mechanism of common principal-agent relationship. Moreover, the promotion of the principal-agent relationship in mineral resources reserves assessment-cognizance system is analyzed, which provide implication to perfect mineral resources assessment-cognizance system.
