GAME ANALYSIS ON MINING ENTERPRISES CARRYING OUT GREEN MINING AND THE POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS

Carrying out green mining is a effective way to realize sustainable development.But because of the obstacles of capital and technology,the social and environmental benefits of this program are more than the economic benefits.This paper seeks after the reason for the mining enterprises aren't active in carrying out green mining by game analysis. The paper indicates there is "prisoner embarrassment" in the sustainable utilization of resources. And the environmental polices are the game result of governments and enterprises which is affected by the values of benefit and cost.Finally,the advice of policies is proposed.
