Analysis of the management system of mineral right trasfer in China

By reviewing those typical laws and regulations,this paper attempts to summarize historical changes in management system of mineral right transfer in China.This process was devided into two stages.In the first stage,the management of mineral right tranfer tended to be openning.During these days,it is now in a process of standardization.After analysing the problems in mineral right transfer,advices to solve the problems were presented here from a new angle.
