MINING EXPLOITATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN XIZANG A. R.

According to Xizang's geographical features and present situation of mining exploitation, itis considered that the mining exploitation could influent Xizang's environment or even worldwide ecology.This paper discusses four problems: raising the quality of mining personnel; going along sustainable development way; setting up a comprehensive mining management system; and increasing investment for hightechnology.
