Design of the integrated monitoring system based on multi-sensor of high-speed CNC machine

The complex conditions for the high-speed CNC machining accuracy and its safety has a great impact,it is necessary to set the detection parameter threshold,by comparing the expected data to determine whether the safe processing conditions.Speed CNC machine tool integrated monitoring system based on multi-sensor technology is designed.The hardware of the system is designed and the software program of PLC is developed.In addition,the sensor selection is described and the multi-sensor and multi-840D/828 Dnumerical control system seamlessly.Finally,the practical test shows that the monitoring system can improve the safety of the high-speed CNC machine in complex working conditions and the controllability of the production process,at the same time,the quality of the products and the efficiency are guaranteed.
