Abstract

Our study concentrates on purifying physically and chemically the quartzite of Yunnan province by scouring,classification,acid leaching.The experimental results show that the high-purity quartzite product containing SiO₂≥99.98%,Fe₂O₃≤0.001%,Al₂O₃≤0.02%,TiO₂≤0.012% can be obtained by scouring with the special chemical reagent-classification-acid leaching.
