The investigation and analysis for human resource situation of national land and resources system in Guizhou province

In this paper,The first caption of human resources in Guizhou province land and resources profiles introduce human resources background of Guizhou province land and resources. Then we analysis macro, multi and micro levels of human resources management system in Guizhou province land and resources institute in order to provide this system of human resource constructive reform thinking, and recommended the adoption of effective training methods to enable grass-roots level vertical management of leaders of government departments to effectively change the concept of human resources to carry out proper management of human resources.
