RESEARCH ON THE MOTION LAW OF THE BALL AND THE ORE IN MILL OF ULTRACRITICAL ROTATION SPEED

The paper introduces the structure of mill of ultracritical rotation speed,analyzes and studies the motion law of ore and ball in the mill and deduces the locus equation at the projecting motion stage of steel bah and the impact velocity formula describing the impact of steel ball on ore.The results show that the parabolic motion locus of steel ball is to a great extent dependant on the position of lower end of guide plate and the impact velocity is dependant on the rotation speed and diameter of mill.
