Study on new technology for comprehensive utilization of coa1 derived pyrite of south of Sichuan

A study was made on new technology for comprehensive utilization of the coal derived pyrite of Sichuan south. The pyrite concentrate which is cleaned to the S grade of over 49％ by the process of flotation is used to make acid.The TS content and TFe content of the acid making slag are less than0.2％and more than 64％respectively.Therefore,the pyrite slag can be used as raw material for iron making, the flotation tailings can be reutilized as constructional material.
