The advance of characteristics and research methods of land subsidence in the plain of Beijing and consideration for it

Taking the plain of Beijing as the research area,this paper summarizes the critical issues of the research methods and the evolution characteristics,and notes the main research progress of the monitoring methods or technological means,evolution law,the factor and the mechanism from land subsidence in this area,in term of evolution characteristics presented by the rate,the cumulative subsidence and spatial extension,and others presented by the scope of monitoring,scales,qualitative and quantitative research.The paper also discusses them above,including the spatial trend of subsidence area and factors,namely,dynamic and static load and formation lithology besides excessive exploitation of groundwater.On this basis,we analyze the existing problem of the research methods and technological means,and offer the spatial BigData analysis methods under the unified field theory which is a coupling of ground-water seepage field,stress field and the resulting deformation field,and unified quantitative research for the various factors reduced land subsidence and their contribution for the total subsidence respectively.
