Study on supply logistics system of coal enterprise in modern logistics environment

Material cost is the main cost of coal enterprise, and the traditional material management methods can not adapt the market competition in modern logistics environment. Coal enterprise supply logistics system is researched from three respects in this paper, the three respects are material purchasing strategy, inventory management strategy, and information management system. New scientific methods are introduced in this paper, such as MRP II, VMI, JMI, to solve the problems of coal enterprise supply logistics system, and methods of building information management system. Subsequently, some new respects are presented.
